III NOTE FOR DRIED FLORAL PRODUCT III

When our dried flower products are on the way to you, it could lose volume and fluffiness in the box. Gently loosen the dried flowers with your fingers to revitalize their original volume.

There will be falling stems during shipment, so it’s normal if you see fallen stems in the box, but in general they should hold up well.

Every bouquet is handmade to order, please order 2 months before your wedding. During the wedding peak seasons, please allow a month for your products to be made and shipped to you. However, if your wedding is within a tight time frame, feel free to message for special arrangement (extra shipping cost may apply).

All boutonnieres include a pin for attaching to clothing.

Exchange: Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for any additional shipping costs involved. Please ensure all items are in its original condition with original packing and returned with a tracked post.
